Yes, in our tours with accommodation, generally half-board accommodation (breakfast and dinner), expert guiding service, surrounding excursions, and transportation with luxury vehicles are included in our package price. Which areas are covered by hotel transfers for tours?

Most hotels in the Alanya, Antalya, Belek, Side, and Manavgat regions offer free or affordable transfer services. You just need to specify the name of your hotel during the reservation; our operations team will inform you of the pick-up time via WhatsApp.

How can I make the payment? Is there a cash on delivery option?

You can make secure online payments with a credit card through our website, or for some of our tours, you can create a pre-reservation and make the payment in cash on the day of the tour at the vehicle or our office. For detailed information, you can contact our support line.

In activities such as paragliding and some boat tours, which are dependent on weather conditions, there may occasionally be delays or cancellations for your safety. In these cases, you will be presented with the nearest available date, or your payment will be refunded in full.

Yes. From the moment your transfer takes place from your address, you are protected by personal accident seat insurance and travel liability insurance.

When will I learn the time to pick up the vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Pick-up time notifications for morning tours are usually communicated to all reserved customers the evening before the tour, between 20:00 / 21:00. For last-minute reservations, it is generally informed within 15 minutes. If you have not been informed of the exact pick-up time, you can contact our team to get information.
