Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Services Turyex provides a comprehensive range of travel services including 60+ daily excursions, hotel accommodations, airport transfers, and visa consultancy. By booking through Turyex.com, you agree to the specific terms governing each service category.
2. Accommodation (Hotel) Terms
- Check-in and check-out times are determined by each specific hotel.
- Special requests (sea view, high floor) are subject to availability and hotel policies.
- Turyex acts as an intermediary; liability for hotel-related issues (service quality, room conditions) lies with the accommodation provider.
3. Visa Consultancy & Services
- Turyex provides guidance on documentation and submission processes.
- Important: The final decision on visa approval or rejection rests solely with the relevant Consulate or Embassy. Visa fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
- Turyex is not liable for travel delays or cancellations caused by visa processing times.
4. Airport Transfers & Daily Tours
- Pickup: Guests must be at the designated point (Security Entrance) 15 minutes early.
- Vehicle Type: Turyex reserves the right to change vehicle types (Open midibus, VIP Vito, etc.) based on group size or operational needs.
- Liability: Turyex is not responsible for missed flights due to inaccurate pickup information provided by the guest or extreme traffic conditions beyond our control.
5. Cancellation, Refund & "No-Show" Policy
- Tours/Activities: 100% refund for cancellations made 24+ hours in advance. No refund for "No-Shows."
- Hotels: Subject to the specific cancellation policy of the hotel (Non-refundable vs. Flexible).
- Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the pickup time for a full refund.
6. B2B Sub-Agent Protocols
- All B2B partners must operate under their unique sub-agent credentials. Settlement and commission structures are strictly governed by individual partner contracts.
